Who is SOFI for?

Students and post graduates who are interested in improving their employability while making an impact within their community now! While there will be a focus on Social Work, Psychology, Human services and counselling, this community is open to all who feel they would benefit and add value.

How was SOFI created?

A group of likeminded students met within the Mayors Student Ambassador program and had a common passion. With this (and a lot of name changes!), SOFI was born!

How are you funded?

We are funded by Study Gold Coast and are looking into additional funding avenues to make our events and resources the best we can.

Who is in charge?

YOU! This is a community and while there is a board to work on funding and getting speakers, this is your community and any body can step up, share ideas or even join the board! Please email to find out more on how you can be involved
